Tap the zone, or use the keys: 7 8 9 for the top, 1 2 3 for the bottom (Q W E / A S D and the arrows work too). React in the gold half of the bar for a catch, the green half for a parry. Your keeper's reflexes give you longer; a better shooter gives you less, and from the fourth penalty may flash two zones before one goes dark. Dive during the flash and it's a guess.
